About VaKoop
VaKoop is a South African online marketplace for buying and selling preloved fashion, sneakers, electronics and lifestyle goods. Every purchase is held in Buyer Protection — the seller is only paid once the buyer confirms the item arrived as described, so customers can shop preloved without the WhatsApp-marketplace risk.
The platform ships with Genio, an AI assistant built into the app for both sides of the marketplace:
- For buyers — ask in plain English ("find me Nike size 10 under R800" or "cheapest cap right now") and Genio pulls live matching listings from the catalogue.
- For sellers — snap a photo of an item and Genio drafts the full listing (brand, condition, price suggestion, description) in seconds. It also handles bulk shop changes like "drop all my hoodies by R50" or "mark these three as sold."
VaKoop runs on iOS, Android and the web at vakoop.co.za. PUDO and Pargo delivery integrated. Wallet payouts in ZAR.

Supreme denim cap is legit, the box logo stitching is dead-on. Came in a polybag, slight crease in the brim but steam fixed it. Adjustable strap is still in good nick

Mohair coat is gorgeous, fits well. Took a week to arrive though which was longer than I'd hoped. Quality is on point for R300, would buy from this shop again
